Below are charts and data presented by Dr Mahamudu Bawumia (the second petitioner) as his evidence to the Supreme Court to support his claims that, there where violations, irregularities
and voting malpractices in as
many as 11,138 polling stations nationwide.
According to the NPP; "If votes from the 11,138 polling stations where the combined
irregularities, violations and malpractices occurred are
annulled, John Mahama would have 40.3% of valid votes and
Nana Akufo Addo would have 58.3%. "
They are therefore challenging the validity of the election Of John Dramani Mahama as president of the Republic of Ghana Pursuant to the presidential
election held on 7th and 8th December 2012. |
